Job Summary

UrbanCraft Properties is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Telecaller / Sales Coordinator to support lead generation and customer engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence in handling client interactions, and the ability to coordinate effectively with the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company projects and services.

Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

Maintain positive and long-term customer relationships.

Lead Generation & Follow-Up

Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and customer interaction.

Schedule site visits, meetings, and follow-up appointments for the sales team.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients for lead conversion.

Sales Coordination

Support the sales team in daily coordination and customer management activities.

Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-up status, and sales updates.

Ensure timely communication between customers and internal teams.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain call logs and customer databases accurately.

Prepare basic reports related to leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Use MS Excel and MS Word for documentation and reporting purposes.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any discipline

Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or real estate will be preferred

Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
