Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Plan and execute promotional activities and sales campaigns.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or food products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Salary : 20 to 25 k net
