Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Airtel
Location: Buguda,polosara,Belaguntha
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Promote Airtel’s products and services directly to customers in assigned territories.
Conduct door-to-door sales, field visits, and market surveys to acquire new customers.
Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through in-person interactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Coordinate with the back-office team for timely order processing and service activation.
Provide product demos and educate customers about Airtel plans, offers, and services.
Report market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to the sales manager.
Eligibility / Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Proven experience in field sales / door-to-door sales / telecom sales is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
Smartphone proficiency and basic digital literacy.
Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory.
