Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist customers in-store with product selection and queries
Promote and sell Maple Linens’ products effectively
Maintain store merchandising and product displays
Ensure stock availability and manage inventory levels
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions promptly

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused approach
Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems
Good understanding of retail operations and inventory management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in home textiles or FMCG
Knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions
Teamwork and coordination with other store staff
