Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and handle statutory compliance. The candidate should be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting entries using Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)
Maintain purchase, sales, receipts, and payment records
Generate invoices and manage billing processes
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
Maintain ledgers, journals, and financial statements
Manage GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Track and manage inventory records (important for fragrance stock)
Prepare monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Coordinate with auditors and ensure documentation is up to date
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables

Requirements:-
Graduate candidate
Should have worked on tally software for 6-12 months
Should be able to handle daily operations at distributor poin
Salary 10,000 to 15,000 bases on capabilities and performance
Timing 10am to 2 pm. And 5 pm to 9 pm
