Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
Promote and sell [products/services] to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Loan & Financing Services:
Assist customers in understanding loan/financing options available through Aditya Birla OPUS.
Facilitate loan application processes and documentation.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely loan disbursal and repayment.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to the Area/Block Manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Share market feedback and insights with management to improve strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum1 years of experience in sales, preferably in [finance/loan/retail] sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of loan processes and basic financial concepts is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Ability to travel within the assigned block/territory as required.

Location: Sambalpur, Balasore, Behrampore. Salary: 22k + TA + incentives. Experience: 1 year (minimum),
