Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Data Entry Operator to handle and maintain accurate records of agricultural equipment, including inventory, sales, and service data. The role involves entering and updating information in systems, verifying data for accuracy, and organizing both digital and physical records.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data related to equipment stock, sales, purchases, and service records
Check and correct data errors to ensure accuracy
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, orders, and customer details
Generate basic reports for inventory and sales tracking
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and service teams
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Minimum higher secondary education
Prior experience in data entry or inventory management is preferred
The ideal candidate should be organized, dependable, and able to handle data efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
