Job Description
Responsible for hitting monthly and quarterly sales targets for primary and secondary sales volumes.
Cultivating relationships with distributors and stockists to ensure smooth product movement and dispatch..
Expanding the customer base by identifying new sales opportunities and visiting prospective clients daily in assigned areas.
Handling and monitoring Dedicated Sales Men (DSMs) or junior field staff to ensure order punching and market discipline.
Generating daily and monthly MIS reports, such as "Target vs. Achievement" and "Stock Reports," while monitoring competitor activity (schemes, new products) in the market.
Ensuring stock hygiene, proper product placement, and brand visibility at retail points.
