Job Description

    Key Responsiblities:

  • Scheduling meetings, organizing files, preparing documents, and managing office correspondence.
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations, tracking inventory, and managing supplies.
  • Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to the manager.
  • Acting as a liaison between departments, staff, and external vendors to address queries and maintain relationships.
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.

  • Ensuring company policies and safety standards are adhered to. 
     

    8 hours shift.
    Attendence bonus applicable.

    Free Accomodation.
    Food allowances will be provided by company.
