Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive who can efficiently manage administrative tasks while also handling client communication. The role involves coordinating between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day back office operations and documentation
Manage and update client records, databases, and reports
Communicate with clients via email, phone, or chat for queries and updates
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to resolve client issues
Prepare reports, MIS, and status updates for management
Ensure timely processing of client requests and transactions
Maintain proper filing and documentation (digital and physical)
Follow up with clients for pending information or approvals
Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining relationships
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving and coordination skills
Ability to handle client interactions professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
Presentable with excellent communication skills
Graduate in any discipline
0–3 years of experience in back office / client handling / admin roles
Experience in CRM tools is a plus
