Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students through the admission process, provide career counseling, and help them choose suitable courses and institutions. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students build their careers.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and inquiries.
Explain admission procedures, eligibility, and fee structures.
Maintain student databases and admission records.
Coordinate with colleges/institutions for admission updates.
Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
Support students throughout the enrollment process.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
Strong convincing and counseling ability.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Positive attitude and professional behavior.
