Job Summary:
ESAF Small Finance Bank is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head to manage branch operations, drive business growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.

Drive business growth through CASA, deposits, loans, and other banking products.

Achieve branch business targets and profitability objectives.

Lead, motivate, and monitor branch staff performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations, KYC norms, and internal policies.

Monitor loan portfolios, recoveries, and overdue accounts.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the branch customer base.

Prepare business reports and provide regular updates to management.

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline; a degree in Finance, Banking, or Management is preferred.

Experience: Relevant experience in banking operations, branch management, sales, and team handling is preferred.
