๐ข Job Description: Sales Manager / Sales Executive โ Insurance Sector
Job Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads and acquire customers for insurance products.
Promote and sell insurance policies to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Conduct client meetings and follow up on sales inquiries.
For Sales Managers: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualification: Graduate and above.
Experience: Experience in insurance sales or financial services preferred. Freshers may apply for suitable executive-level roles.
Required Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, customer handling, and sales skills.
Salary: โน30,000โโน50,000 per month, depending on role and experience, plus incentives as applicable.
