Job Description

Teaching & Lesson Planning
Prepare and deliver lesson plans for English or Odia language classes according to the school curriculum.
Use innovative teaching methods to make learning interactive and effective.
Adapt lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Student Assessment & Evaluation
Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and examinations.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate academic records and report performance to parents/guardians.
Classroom Management
Maintain discipline and create a respectful, motivating classroom environment.
Encourage student participation, discussion, and critical thinking.
Co-curricular Activities & Support
Organize and participate in language-related activities, competitions, and cultural events.
Guide students in improving reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Communication & Collaboration
Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support overall student development.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and areas of improvement.
