Career Map, one of the leading educational consultants, is looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to guide students in choosing the right career paths and educational programs. The candidate will play a key role in student counselling, lead conversion, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student inquiries and convert leads into admissions
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and career options
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and meetings
Maintain a database of prospective students and track progress
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
Coordinate with institutions and internal teams
Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional events
Build strong relationships with students and parents
Eligibility / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Freshers are welcome to apply
Experienced candidates in sales, counselling, or education sector preferred
Skills Required:
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Target-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
