Job Description:
Paytm is looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to expand its merchant network in Berhampur. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, promoting Paytm products, and building strong relationships with local businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential merchants to onboard them onto the Paytm platform.
Promote Paytm services such as QR payments, Soundbox, and other digital payment solutions.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and business partners.
Assist merchants in installation and usage of Paytm devices and services.
Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve merchant queries.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
Prior experience in field sales, FMCG sales, or fintech sales is preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to work in field and travel locally.
Must own a smartphone; two-wheeler is preferred.
