Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients/residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms and surrounding areas.
Support nurses and healthcare staff in routine patient care activities.
Help in shifting or transporting patients when required.
Monitor patient comfort and immediately report concerns to medical staff.
Serve meals, water, and daily essentials to residents.
Ensure proper handling of beds, wheelchairs, and patient belongings.
Provide compassionate and respectful care to patients and elderly residents.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in nursing home, hospital, or patient care roles.
Basic knowledge of patient hygiene and elderly care.
Physically fit and able to assist patients when needed.
Caring attitude with good communication skills.
Ability to work in shifts and follow instructions properly.
Preferred Skills
Experience in elderly care or home nursing support.
Knowledge of patient handling and healthcare assistance.
Teamwork and supportive behavior.
Qualification
Minimum 10th Pass preferred.
