Job Title: Sales Staff

Reports To: Sales Supervisor / Area Sales Manager
Job Summary:
Sales Staff in the FMCG sector are responsible for promoting and selling products to retailers and distributors, maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving daily or monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail stores and distributors to promote products.
Achieve sales targets and increase product distribution.
Take orders and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain good relationships with retailers.
Monitor stock availability at retail outlets.
Report daily sales activities to the supervisor.
Qualification:
Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred.
Experience:
0-2 years in FMCG sales preferred.
Location :
PURI (fresher), BBSR (fresher), Nayagarh, Berhampur, Ganjam, South and western Odisha
