Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in our electrical installation services company. The role involves handling office tasks, coordinating with technicians, and maintaining records to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily office administration and documentation
Maintain records of projects, invoices, and client details
Coordinate with electricians and site staff for scheduling work
Assist in preparing quotations, bills, and reports
Manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
Track material usage and maintain basic inventory records
Support billing and payment follow-ups
Ensure proper filing and data entry
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
0–2 years of experience in office/admin role (preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
