Job Description

An Operations Coordinator ensures smooth daily operations of a company by managing processes, coordinating between departments, and supporting operational efficiency. This role involves administrative tasks, reporting, logistics, and assisting management in implementing operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across departments.
Monitor workflow to ensure processes run efficiently.
Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures.
Scheduling & Resource Management
Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for teams or management.
Ensure optimal allocation of resources and inventory management.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between different departments to streamline communication.
Follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and project progress.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately.
Problem Solving & Process Improvement
Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to operational workflows.
Support the implementation of new policies, technologies, or processes.
