Job Description
Job Role:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products like chimneys, hobs, and water purifiers.
Manage call bookings and coordinate with field service engineers for installations and repairs.
Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions in CRM or Excel and track service engineer feedback.
Follow up on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and inform customers of upcoming promotions or warranty renewals.
