Job Description

We are looking for a skilled AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems. The candidate should be able to diagnose issues quickly and ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, and maintain split AC, window AC, and central AC systems
Diagnose faults and perform repairs (cooling issues, gas leakage, electrical faults, etc.)
Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance
Handle refrigerant gas charging and leakage fixing
Ensure all work follows safety standards
Provide cost estimates and explain issues to customers
Maintain tools and service records
🛠️ Required Skills
Good knowledge of AC systems and components
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
Familiarity with refrigerants and safety practices
Basic electrical knowledge
Good communication skills
🎓 Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred)
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in AC servicing/repair
⏰ Working Conditions
Field-based job (travel to customer locations)
Flexible hours / on-call work may be required
💰 Salary (Optional Section)
₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month (depending on experience)
