Job Title: Automobile Supervisor
Location: Berhampur
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily showroom and automobile operations.
Monitor and coordinate the activities of sales, service and support staff.
Ensure smooth workflow and proper task allocation among team members.
Handle customer queries, complaints and service-related issues.
Monitor staff performance and maintain operational discipline.
Coordinate with management to achieve business targets.
Ensure proper maintenance of showroom/service area and adherence to company standards.
Prepare daily reports and provide operational updates to management.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in automobile showroom or service operations preferred.
Good leadership, communication and team management skills.
Knowledge of automobile showroom or workshop operations.
Ability to handle staff and coordinate daily activities.
Salary: Negotiable, as per experience and industry standards.
