Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up with customers regarding vehicle inquiries, bookings, and sales.
Maintain customer databases and update customer information regularly.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Contact customers after vehicle delivery to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Manage customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
Inform customers about new models, offers, exchange schemes, and promotional activities.
Maintain daily call records, follow-up reports, and customer feedback records.
Support customer retention activities and build long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with the service department for service reminders and customer follow-ups, as required.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate preferred.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Skills Required: Good communication skills, customer handling, telephone etiquette, basic computer knowledge, and MS Excel.
Preferred Skills: Experience in CRM, customer service, automobile showroom operations, or telecalling.
