Our flagship products include a Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) software that help hotels, resorts, and hospitality businesses streamline their daily operations and improve guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1) Visit hotels, resorts, homestays, and other hospitality establishments to Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2)Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, managers, and decision-makers.

3)Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable PMS and POS solutions.

4)Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM.

5)Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

6)Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.

7)Submit daily visit reports and sales activity updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements

1)12th Passed or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2)Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3)Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field visits.

4)Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

5)A two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

1)Experience in field sales, B2B sales, or software/SaaS sales.

Prior experience in selling hospitality or hotel management solutions is an advantage.

2)Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
