Location : Berhampur & Chatrapur

The Development Manager (DM) in the Retail Agency Channel focuses on recruiting, training, and managing a team of independent Insurance Advisors (agents). The primary goal is driving retail life insurance sales through these advisors while ensuring compliance and high-quality customer service.

Role Overview
A Development Manager (Agency) recruits, trains, and manages a team of independent insurance agents (Life Mitras) to meet retail life insurance sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit Agents: Build and expand a network of active insurance advisors.
Drive Sales: Meet monthly premium and business growth targets.
Train Team: Coach agents on product knowledge and closing deals.
Manage Activity: Monitor agent productivity, renewals, and compliance.

Requirements
Graduate degree in any field.(undergraduates can also apply)
1 to 5 years of sales experience.
Strong local networking and team-building skills.
