We are looking for motivated and target-oriented candidates for the position of Business Loan Officer at Axis Bank. The candidate will be responsible for generating business loan leads, acquiring new customers, and promoting suitable loan products to business owners and MSME clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and acquire new customers for business loans.

Identify potential MSME and small business customers.

Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.

Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

Eligibility:

Qualification: Graduate preferred.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to employer requirements.

Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Interest in sales, fieldwork, and business development.
