Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle inbound/outbound client communication via phone, email, and messaging apps
✅ Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
✅ Understand client needs and provide accurate information
✅ Resolve client queries professionally and timely
✅ Follow up with clients for feedback, updates, or support
✅ Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
✅ Work independently and meet performance targets

Who We’re Looking For
✔ Excellent communication skills (English; local language an advantage)
✔ Customer-focused, friendly, and professional
✔ Ability to work from home with minimal supervision
✔ Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and communication apps
✔ Prior experience in customer service / client relations is a plus
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
