Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Lead Generation & Conversion Executive to join our job portal team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential job seekers/employers, engaging them, and converting leads into active users or paid clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels such as social media, job boards, email campaigns, and online research
Reach out to potential users (job seekers/employers) via calls, messages, or emails
Explain job portal services and benefits clearly
Convert leads into registrations, subscriptions, or paid plans
Maintain and update lead database and CRM systems
Follow up with interested prospects regularly
Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion strategies
Required Skills:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of sales and lead conversion techniques
Comfortable with calling, emailing, and messaging prospects
Familiarity with job portals, recruitment, or HR platforms (preferred)
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, internet research)
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation is a plus
Work Requirements:
Laptop/Desktop with stable internet connection
Quiet working environment for calls
