Telecalling Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls for promoting financial products and services, generating leads, customer follow-ups, and maintaining strong client relationships. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer handling abilities, and basic knowledge of financial products and compliance practices.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding financial products and services
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales teams or branch visits
Promote products such as loans, insurance, credit cards, investment plans, savings accounts, and other financial services
Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, repayment terms, and benefits to customers
Maintain customer database and update call records in CRM/software systems
Follow up with customers for documentation, payments, renewals, or service requests
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
Address customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI/regulatory guidelines, and data confidentiality standards
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
Strong customer service and relationship management abilities
Basic understanding of banking, NBFC, insurance, or financial products
Good negotiation and convincing skill
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data entry skills
Active listening and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in local language, Hindi, and/or English preferred
