Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
Handle user queries through calls, emails, or ticketing systems
Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting
Perform system updates, backups, and antivirus management
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalation
Maintain documentation of issues and solutions
Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations
Required Skills
Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
Basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches)
Hardware and software troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with MS Office and Outlook
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with remote desktop support tools
Preferred Qualifications
BCA or equivalent degree
1–3 years of experience in IT Support/Desktop Support
