Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Store Sales Assistant to support daily retail operations in our home appliance store. The role involves assisting customers in selecting products, explaining features, and ensuring a smooth in-store shopping experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their requirements for home appliances
Provide product information, demonstrations, and comparisons to help customers make informed decisions
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked
Handle billing support, invoicing, and basic cash/card transactions
Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and reporting low stock
Address customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support requests
Stay updated on new products, features, and promotions
Follow store policies on safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass / graduate (preferred)
Prior experience in retail sales (appliances/electronics preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of home appliances and consumer electronics
Ability to explain technical features in simple terms
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge (billing systems, POS)
