Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to promote and sell premium fragrance products over calls. The role involves handling customer inquiries, recommending perfumes based on preferences, and ensuring a smooth sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote fragrance products
Handle inbound inquiries related to perfumes, gift sets, and ongoing offers
Understand customer preferences (occasion, scent type, budget) and suggest suitable fragrances
Maintain a database of customers and follow up for repeat sales
Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing promotions clearly
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with the store team for order processing and delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English (Bengali is a plus)
Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly attitude
Basic knowledge or interest in perfumes/fragrances
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling tools)
Previous telecalling or sales experience preferred
