Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, local marketing, and other channels.
Promote BSNL Broadband/FTTH plans to residential and business customers.
Identify potential customers and convert leads into new broadband connections.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Explain broadband plans, pricing, installation process, and available offers to customers.
Coordinate with BSNL teams for documentation, installation, activation, and customer onboarding.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Develop relationships with local businesses, housing societies, shops, offices, and institutions to generate leads.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with the concerned technical/support teams when required.
Monitor competitor offerings and provide market feedback to management.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and in the field.
Basic knowledge of broadband, FTTH, Wi-Fi, and internet services is an advantage.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Freshers can apply; experience in telecom, broadband, ISP, direct sales, or field sales will be preferred.
Local-area knowledge is an advantage.
Must be comfortable with field work and customer visits.
