Position: Field Sales Executive
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Gender: Male
Salary: ₹20,000 per month + incentives
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other educational institutions to promote our courses and services.
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, local networking, and other activities.
Meet students, parents, teachers, and institutional representatives to understand their requirements.
Explain courses, programs, fees, and benefits clearly to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and personal meetings.
Achieve monthly sales and admission/enrolment targets.
Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the internal counselling and sales team to complete the admission process.
Travel within the assigned area as required.
