Job Description

Job Summary
The Finance Executive is responsible for handling vehicle finance processes, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, assisting customers with loan documentation, and ensuring smooth financing operations for Mahindra vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicle finance and insurance options.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and finance partners for loan approvals.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Maintain finance records, MIS reports, and customer databases.
Follow up with customers and financiers for pending documentation and disbursement.
Explain EMI plans, interest rates, insurance, and repayment terms to customers.
Ensure timely submission of loan files and compliance documentation.
Support sales team in achieving vehicle finance targets.
Handle customer queries related to vehicle loans and insurance.
Maintain good relationships with banking and finance partners.

Skills Required
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of automobile finance processes.
Basic accounting and financial documentation knowledge.
Computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM, dealership software).
Customer handling and coordination ability.

Qualification
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in automobile finance, banking, or NBFC preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
