Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team in the Non-Banking Finance sector. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining financial products, generating leads, and maintaining regular follow-ups to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain loan products, financial services, eligibility criteria, and applicable terms.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
Coordinate with the sales/field team for customer visits and documentation.
Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and application status.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Provide professional customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.

Eligibility:
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Candidates with experience in telecalling, banking, NBFC, loans, insurance, or financial services will be preferred.
