About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Tata Renewable Energy, an authorized partner. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful execution of renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the activities of the on-site team, including technicians and installers
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and relevant authorities to address concerns and provide updates
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Any undergraduate, 12th, or ITI diploma
Experience: 3-6 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role in the renewable energy industry
Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, installation, and maintenance
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations
