Job Description
Greet patients and visitors warmly, manage check-ins, provide directions, and ensure a positive, empathetic experience.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for consultations, procedures, and follow-ups, coordinating with doctors and couples.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; respond to emails and patient app inquiries; relay information between patients, doctors, and departments.
Handle registration, data entry, patient record maintenance (HIS/ERP), photocopying, filing, and manage mail/deliveries.
