🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits for timely collection of EMI payments and arrears.

• Maintain positive customer relationships while handling collection and account resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of field visits, collection status and customer interactions.

• Follow banking regulations, ethical collection practices and company policies.

• Work with team leaders to achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.

✅ Eligibility

• Education: 10+2 / Higher Secondary / HS Pass

• Experience: Freshers can apply

• Mandatory: Valid Driving License

• Mandatory: Own Two-Wheeler

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Negotiation and customer-handling skills

• Good knowledge of local routes and geographical areas
