Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support sales operations in the FMCG sector. The candidate will be responsible for contacting distributors, retailers, and potential clients, promoting products, and generating sales leads to help grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers and retailers to promote FMCG products.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain regular communication with distributors and clients.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and delivery updates.
Maintain customer records and sales data.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
