Job Summary:
Sky Automobiles is looking for energetic and customer-focused Relationship Managers to join its team. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their automobile requirements, assisting them throughout the vehicle purchase journey, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries and understand their vehicle requirements.

Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, and finance options.

Generate leads through showroom enquiries, references, and other channels.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Coordinate with customers throughout the sales and delivery process.

Achieve assigned sales and customer engagement targets.

Maintain customer records and provide regular follow-ups.

Represent the Maruti Suzuki ARENA / NEXA brand professionally.

Eligibility:

Qualification: Minimum +2 / ITI / Diploma
