Qualification: ITI + AITT (Mechanical/Fitter) (AITT is mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 1 year operational experience in a steel plant

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Process operation, monitoring, and control in heavy industry / steel plants
Shift operation and coordination with Maintenance, Quality & Safety teams
Operate and monitor production units as per SOPs
Ensure safe handling of raw materials, hot metal, slabs, billets, and finished goods
Achieve shift production targets with quality and process discipline
