Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented FMCG Sales Executive to promote and sell fast-moving consumer goods in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell FMCG products in the assigned area/market
Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets
Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors regularly
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure product availability and proper stock distribution
Collect orders and ensure timely delivery coordination
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Report daily/weekly sales performance to management

Requirements
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to do field sales and market visits
Basic understanding of sales and marketing
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred

Preferred Skills
Strong interpersonal and convincing ability
Time management and discipline
Local market knowledge (advantage)

Minimum Exp - 1-2 Year experience in FMCG marketing
Location - Puri, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Angul, Rourkela, Berhampur and Sambalpur
Salary Negotiable
