Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to independently manage construction site execution, project coordination, quality control, estimation, and contractor management.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction and site execution.
Read and interpret structural/architectural drawings.
Manage contractors, labour, vendors, and site teams.
Monitor quality, materials, manpower, and project progress.
Prepare BOQs, estimates, measurements, and verify contractor bills.
Handle RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Maintain site reports and project documentation.
Ensure safety standards and timely project completion.
Conduct building repair & maintenance site visits and prepare repair estimates.
Assist in planning and scheduling multiple projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred; Diploma candidates may be considered based on experience.
5โ10 years of relevant civil construction/site experience.
AutoCAD is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, estimation, and site measurements.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
MS Project/Primavera knowledge is an added advantage.
Strong contractor, labour, and project management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel across Odisha. TA/DA provided.
Experience in residential/commercial building construction preferred.
