We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in jewelry retail and a proven track record of driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
Manage, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper merchandising and display of product
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to meet targets.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
4 to 6 years of retail experience, preferably in a jewelry store.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to handle high-value products responsibly and securely.
