Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support (Voice) — Health Care Process (Female Graduates Only)
Location: Mumbai (office) — candidates must reside within the transport boundary listed below.

Education: Graduate (freshers only)
What we’re looking for
Female graduates (freshers) with strong English communication (C1 level).
Good phone etiquette, empathy, and basic computer typing skills.
Comfortable working US-based rotational night shifts.
Key responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for a health care client.
Resolve customer queries, update records, and follow defined SLAs.
Adhere to client scripts, quality standards, and compliance norms.
Experience
Freshers only (graduate freshers with C1 communication level).
Shift details
5 days working, 2 days rotational off.
US-based rotational night shifts.
Home pick-up/drop available for shifts between 9:00 PM and 5:30 AM.
Salary
Freshers: Up to ₹29,000 CTC.
Exp. Upto 45 k ctc
Transport boundary — candidates must live within these locations (no placement outside boundary)

Home pick-up and drop for shifts between 9:00 PM and 5:30 AM.
