Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
Delivering, presentations and bespoke product demos (proof of concept) to showcase value.
Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systems.
Monitoring competition and market trends to adjust strategies.
