Job Description

Undergraduate - RE Jr- UGT Salary will be Rs.15455/- CTC ( Net - 11,474/-) and additional BYOD (500) and petrol allowance (2500) will be given।
Graaduate - RE Jr-GT Salary Will be Rs.16,923/- CTC (Net - 12,701/-) additional BYOD (500) and petrol allowance (2500) will be given।

Experienced RE
Undergraduate - RE-UG (experience) Salary Will be Rs.23,976/- CTC (Net-19,638/-) additional BYOD (500) and petrol allowance (2500) will be given।Graaduate RE-G (experience) Salary Will be Rs.24,714/- CTC (Net-20,251/-) additional BYOD (500) and petrol allowance (2500) will be given।

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on overdue EMIs and maintain repayment records.
- Coordinate with finance team and submit daily/weekly reports.

Customer Service Representative (Sales Executive)
Position: Group Loan Model
Key Responsibilities: Form and manage women’s Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
- Promote loan schemes, collect KYC documents, ensure timely collection of EMIs.
