We are looking for a confident, well-spoken Front Office Executive & Telecaller to be the first point of contact for our students and parents.
Quick Responsibilities:
Telecalling: Call prospective leads, explain our courses, and schedule walk-in visits.
Reception: Greet visitors, manage the front desk, and handle incoming inquiries.
Admin: Maintain student records and follow-up logs in Excel/CRM.
Conversions: Drive admissions by providing excellent service and clear information.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in [Language].
Basic computer skills (MS Office).
Proactive, polite, and persuasive personality.
